Where does it cost more?

Pricier is a daily game about what everyday things cost around the world. Every day you get one item and five countries. Rank them from cheapest to priciest in three tries.

How to play

• Drag a country to move it, or tap two countries to swap them. Then tap Submit.
• Green means the country is in the right spot, and it locks in place. Yellow means it's one spot away. Red means two or more.
• Everyone gets the same puzzle. A new one drops at midnight, your local time.
• Share your result without spoiling the answer.

Where the prices come from

Every price comes from a published source and is shown in US dollars, converted by that source. Each puzzle names its source and the month the prices refer to.

Prices change with taxes, promotions and exchange rates, so treat them as a snapshot, not a quote. Spotted a price that looks wrong? Email hello@pricier.online and we'll check it.

Privacy

• There are no accounts, and we don't ask for your name or email.
• Your progress, streak and statistics are saved only in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data resets them.
• Pricier doesn't use advertising or cookies.
• We use two cookie-free, privacy-focused analytics tools, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami, to count visits and a few anonymous game events: starting a puzzle, finishing it (won or not, number of tries), and tapping Share. They don't identify you or follow you across other sites.
• Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
• If we add ads in the future, we'll update this page first.
